We all know that hotels are not just some places to sleep at. As an official 4* hotel we offer different services to make your stay better.
You can book some services through our website when contacting us via e-mail. Remember that we are always happy to help you!
Parking
Parking in the hotel parking lot: 15 EUR / 24h / one car
For an additional fee, it is possible to conveniently park in the closed guarded hotel parking lot. Entrance to the parking lot from Lõkke street.
NB! Parking in the hotel parking lot is possible upon availability on a first come first serve basis.
Parking in front of the hotel in parking zone YT5
The parking operator is Ühisteenused. YT5 parking is open 24/7. The price of parking is 6 EUR/h (every 30 minutes started costs 3 EUR), 24h/144 EUR. You can pay by sending an SMS to 1902. Write: vehicle nr, space, zone (Ex: 123ABC YT5). Receive confirmation message that parking is activated. To finish parking call 1903.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available Mon-Fri 7:00-10:00, Sat-Sun 8:00-11:00.
We offer our guests a buffet-style breakfast prepared only from the best and freshest ingredients to guarantee a positive start to the day. As a result, we have created a rich buffet breakfast menu, where everyone can find something suitable.
If you have chosen accommodation that does not include breakfast, it is possible to enjoy breakfast for an additional fee of 12 EUR/person.
For walk-in guests, we offer breakfast for an additional fee 15 EUR/person.
Room service & Day Cleaning
We offer room service for an additional fee of 7 EUR.
It is possible to order breakfast, dinner and lunch into the room from the hotel’s restaurant or from our sister hotel’s restaurant La Cucina.
Upon agreement with the reception, it is also possible to order other things into the room (e.g. romantic decorations, birthday greetings, bouquet of flowers).
Day Cleaning is available until 17:00.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out no later than 12:00.
Contactless check-in / check-out
With HotelBuddy technology, we offer our guests the opportunity to digitally check-in and check-out the hotel using only their smartphone, as well as a digital door key and payment solution.
Late check-out
We offer late check-out for an additional fee of 10 EUR/hour from 13:00.
Transfer
We can comfortably and quickly drive you to your destination. For groups of more than 6 persons, we can organize a bus. We are ready to serve you wherever you need to go!

Family vacation
The happiest time is the time spent together with your family!
We know how important it is that both children and parents can enjoy their vacation and relax together. That is why we have created special services and opportunities in our hotel for kids and their entertainment:
- A separate registration sheet for children when checking into the hotel
- Each child receives a small Mr./Miss VIP sticker
- Children’s play corner in the restaurant
- A a coloring book with pencils is provided in the room upon arrival (if there are 2 children, then 2 coloring books and 1 pack of colored pencils)
