In the restaurant, our focus is on experience. The relationship between local produce, Estonian nature, and history is important to our head chef Oleg Alasi. The à la carte menu combines modern tastes and style from different eras of Estonia over the last 100 years. Some of the recipes, ideas, and combinations of the dishes are from the first independence period, some from Soviet times. The à la carte menu also offers European dishes so that everybody would find something suitable.
